Part Two of Happy Birthday Robbie!

Yesterday I posted a Happy 40th Birthday to Robbie. Robbie is married to my "Sissy", Margaret. We like to say that Ashton is Robbie's very first official niece, as she was born on Margaret and Robbie's wedding day! Besides, what a great wedding gift to give someone, right?? This photo shows Margaret, Robyn, Miss Tiz (Elizabeth) and Robbie after they arrived at the party. You have read about Robyn and Miss Tiz quite a bit here. They are just like my own. Margaret says I can borrow them anytime I am missing Ashton and the empty nest syndrome overwhelms me.
Robbie was surprised when he arrived and saw lots of family, friends, co-workers from the shipyard and the ambulance service, of which he is the chairman. He has worked tiredlessly for many years on the ambulance service as well as his regular job and being a husband and father. He is quiet and unassuming. He would do anything for anyone and has, many times over.
This was the beautiful view over the inner Harbor. It was a perfect evening, warm breezes and of course the view. Very relaxing.
A gorgeous end to a pretty day. Happy Birthday again Robbie, we love you!

Looks like Robbie (and all of you) had a great celebration. It's FUN to turn 40---but I'm happy being 67. (Don't want to go back and do it all again!!! ha)

Hugs,
Betsy
