Just wanted to share this delicious receipe with you....its from Hannaford brand Granola Cereal box!Carrot Muffins
Makes 16 muffins
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup granola cereal
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 egg
8 oz. crushed pineapple
1 cup shredded carrot
1/2 cup skim milk
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. In medium bowl, combine flour, cereral, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and baking soda; mix well. Add remaining ingredients. Stir gently just until dry ingredients are moistened. Spoon batter into greased or paper lined muffin cups. Bake 18 to 20 minutes. Remove muffins from pans to cool on wire rack.
