Enjoying a spring day at Pemaquid Point

Today was so nice with the temperature in the 60s. We took a trip to Pemaquid Point.
Its about a thirty minute drive from our home. We spent time wandering over the rocks and just enjoyed the beauty of the day.

The building adorned with pot bouys was in back of the Hotel Pemaquid.
And of course we found several heart-shaped rocks, this one being one of my favorites. It was a lovely day indeed. Happy Easter!

That sounds like a wonderful day with perfect weather. It was much warmer here today, almost 80F. I prefer the 60's and ocean breazes. Especially when there are lighthouses around. Happy Easter!

It looks as though spring has come to Maine. I'm enjoying your photos, especially of the sea and the lighthouse since I'm a bit land locked here in CO. Enjoy your weekend with Family.

Thanks for taking us along on your trip to Pemaquid Point. I would truly like to visit this beautiful place in person, but your pictures did a great job of showing that majestic shore.

What a lovely day! And how gorgeous that first picture is...it fills my eyes.

I collect Heart rocks, too. Someday I shall have enough to put into a sidewalk!
