Oh my word...I just made a trip to the grocery store. I found this heavenly peanut butter and couldn't wait to get home and break the seal on it. If I didn't have BuddyTheElf (our Jack Russell Terrier/Min Pin mix)with me I probably would have! He loves peanut butter. Some words that come to mind about this new treat...delicious, heavenly, wonderful, oh my goodness, etc., etc.! In one of my cousin Heather's posts some time ago she mentioned this brand of peanut butter and I immediately bought some of the white chocolate flavored and dark flavored varieties. I was hooked. For some reason today the maple flavored screamed out to me right there in the store...I have carefully stashed my jars away only to be brought out under the cover of darkness. I owe it all to Heather.

Sounds interesting....is it good w/a chocolate bar?? ;) Feel good about eating it too - has no transfat!!
I must confess, I bought the chocolate/peanut butter and was mightily disappointed. Normally I would love the combination of the two, but for some reason, nirvana was elusive. I've had the jar in the pantry about a year now and haven't gone back to it. Maybe I should. Maybe I tried it on an off day.
Aunt Jean, give it one more try! It could've been an off day...I think the maple flavored p.b. is the best of all. I can only imagine having some chocolate with it would only enhance the deliciousness of it...
Oh Lordy, Cheryl...I actually said, "Oh Lordy!" out loud when I clicked on your blog and saw a picture of this new flavor...YUM. Why oh why don't they sell this stuff in Idaho? It isn't fair! I absolutely loved the dark chocolate peanut butter on graham crackers. My supply ran out long ago, I fear....eat a spoonful for me, would you?
This brought a funny thing to mind. We were traveling in Egypt and had to pack a meal. We went out and bought peanut butter and jelly and some bread to make on the bus. The surprising thing is the Aussies and the Brits thought we were rather weird to be eating that stuff. The Canadians knew about it and soon they were all trying out our lunch.
