I found this note on the table one day when I returned home from shopping. I never know what Ashton will come up with for a request. I guess she really likes banana chocolate chip muffins! And yes, I did make her muffins, after all the elaborate work she went to to ask me, how could I refuse?
This is Buddy The Elf, a very spoiled member of the family. He is the self-proclaimed guard of the house. He has claimed Mark's chair for himself, and settles in it every day to keep watch over the premises. He specifically does not like UPS or FedEx trucks. He will lay on the arm of the chair like this for long stretches of time. 
Sound the alert, someone must be entering the premises!
Buddy loves to sit with anyone and especially loves a warm blanket over him.
Its hard to tell who is the biggest baby of all in this household!

The pictures of the Budster are priceless, Cheryl. Love them. For some reason, Molly is allowing the Fed Ex/UPS trucks to drive by our house without incident. I'm thinking maybe the snowbanks are muffling their sound, so she doesn't even know they're going by.

I must say... banana chocolate chip muffins sound wonderful and Buddy is just adorable. Buddy will miss Ashton when she leaves for college, won't he?
